Support from Academic Librarians
Academic Librarians are available to assist all University staff and students, offering specialist advice on any information related query including research skills, referencing, conducting a literature review and getting published. They have all developed expertise in the subject areas of their Schools and are happy to help.
Library Induction module on Learn
The Library team has created a Learn module which will provide you with essential information to help you navigate the Library's systems and resources. This will help you save valuable time looking for information for your assignments. We also offer tours of the Pilkington Library building, to help you find your way around.
Enrolling onto the Library module does not require you to complete any tasks and the module is not assessed.
