Key roles and responsibilities
- To facilitate the operational aspects of activity occurring in the NCSEM East Midlands, including clinical services, research, education, and enterprise.
- To ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to all of the NCSEM East Midlands partners, patients and visitors at all times; handling complaints and ensuring that relevant complaints are passed swiftly on to the appropriate areas and dealt with accordingly.
- Monitoring the cleaning operation and adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures.
