Key roles and responsibilities

• Manage the operational running of the NCSEM-EM Clinical Facility, having responsibility for the day-to-day liaison with the trusts and partners and oversight of the operational support service provided to clinical activity.
• Generating leads and working with new potential users to ensure the ongoing sustainability of the NCSEM-EM Outpatients Facility.
• To have oversight of compliance with Clinics governance and facilities standards and requirements.
• To ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to all of the NCSEM-East Midlands partners, patients and visitors at all times; handling complaints and ensuring that relevant complaints are passed swiftly on to the appropriate areas and dealt with accordingly.
• Monitoring the cleaning operation and adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Management of the Reception/Administration staff.
