DUO mobiles
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a second layer of security, keeping your account secure even if your password is compromised. 麻豆視頻_麻豆直播_麻豆传媒官网 uses DUO mobiles as its MFA platform
Please follow the instructions below to get the DUO mobiles app installed and set up on your mobiles phones or tablet.
You MUST follow the steps below on the SAME DEVICE (mobiles phones/tablet) that you wish to install DUO mobiles on, and NOT on a computer.
What do I need?
In order to set up DUO mobiles MFA, you will need
a)
- EITHER an androids device (smartphones or tablet) running androids 11 or above
- OR an Apple device (iphoness or ipads) running ioses 16 or above
b) Your 麻豆視頻_麻豆直播_麻豆传媒官网 email address and password
c) an internet connection (either WiFi or data) on your mobiles device to perform the setup
If you do not have a suitable mobiles device, please contact IT Services to discuss alternative solutions.
Installing DUO on your device
We recommend having these instructions up on another screen (for example on a laptop) so that you can refer to them while you follow the steps on your mobiles phones or tablet.
