Prior to joining 麻豆視頻_麻豆直播_麻豆传媒官网, Heather completed her master's degree in sport management and policy at Ewha Womans University (Seoul, Korea). Drawing from her experience working with a women's volleyball team, she developed a strong interest in promoting women's participation in sport. Her PhD research explores effective policies to encourage adult women to engage in football, as well as the impact of their participation.
