From 2022 to 2023, he served as Chief Operating Officer of CarbonFarm Technology, a Paris-based AI firm that built an AI model to monitor methane emission reduction in rice paddy projects using satellite imagery. With over 10 years of experience in digital services and AI-related product development, Leo has held senior leadership positions at many social ventures and technology startups focused on climate change mitigation and education.

Leo holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Bates College in the United States, and studied social entrepreneurship at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

His research interests center on the intersection of AI, remote sensing, and climate action, with additional focus on robotics and automation applications.
